Given broadly stated goals, what is the best path for fulfilling
the technology needs of a client's business initiative?
At the onset of a project, a client may have a
series of ideas about their technology needs. But,
to find the right solution, clarity needs to be
added to the client's vision. Important decisions must be
made, such as how to leverage current systems, what technology
platforms to choose, how new market offerings can be used to the organization's
advantage, and so
on. These decisions can only be made after all the facts
are flushed out and agreed upon by the
stakeholders.
Chartwell IT's Planning Services
provide the roadmap needed to make the
right decisions. By gathering the facts, understanding the issues
related to the business goals, and assessing
the technological trends, a clear picture can be
formed that articulates a path to achieving those goals. Once
defined and documented, management can make decisions.
Near and long term benefits can be assessed
and risk factors properly considered. Budgets, schedules and staffing
plans can be formulated with
reasonable certainty. Development activities can begin.
It is this work on the front end of a
project that has a major impact on its success, mostly by ensuring that the right solution will be developed with the right resources involved. Chartwell IT is the right partner to help
guide these important decisions and make a positive
impact on the success of the project! Learn More >>>
